Assistance in HVAC System Design

Our Sales Engineers have the educational background, professional experience, and high-tech industry tools and software to assist the consultant in the early stages of the building design and to help make the correct decisions regarding the type of HVAC system to use. The CES Energy Analysis Program (EEAP) and the Engineering Equation Solver (EES) are just some of the software tools our Sales Engineers and consultants use to select the right HVAC system and optimize it for a particular application.
Assistance in Equipment Selection

Our Sales Engineers utilize the latest state-of-the-art industry software available today. From Temtrol's Pro-Select, the industry's premier, fully-integrated Custom Air Handler and Fan Coil selection program which outputs 100% scaled .dxf format CAD drawings, to the design and selection software of Baltimore Aircoil, Aurora, Mammoth, VAW, ABB, Woods, Alfa Laval, and Carel, we offer a vast array of software tools geared to assist us and our consultants in selecting the equipment, designing it, and budgeting it efficiently.
After Sales Support

Our service goes beyond the support we provide in the engineering, sale, delivery, and installation of our equipment. We're there for the end user years after the installation of our equipment. Most of our equipment is designed and built to last 30 to 40 years if maintained properly, so it only makes sense for us to be there for our clients years after the warranty period has expired.
Energy Management & Controls

Associated Building Services offers Turnkey Installation and Service of Building Automation systems.  Complete installation includes all control wiring, programming and system commissioning.  Systems application and design are handled through our staff of application engineers, project managers, programmers and service technicians.

Our state-of-the-art systems enable facilities managers and owners to implement sophisticated monitoring, energy management, billing and scheduling strategies - all from a Windows-based software package on a personal computer.  Our DDC systems fit buildings of any type or size, from office buildings, schools, and hospitals, to universities, factories, hotels and military installations.

Associated Building Services is a fully licensed State of Florida Class A Mechanical Contractor providing Preventative Maintenance and Turnkey Replacement/Retrofit Installations throughout the State of Florida and the Bahamas from our headquarters in the Weston Park of Commerce.  Branch offices are located in Palm City & Ft. Myers.

We employ technicians qualified in HVAC, Insulation, Energy Management, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, and Refrigeration Systems.  Specific chiller expertise includes York, Trane, Carrier, McQuay, Petra, Governair, Bohn, Dunham-Bush, TSI and Multistack.
